Nice to meet you

I'm Sherif

Product designer with a soft spot for hard problems — the kind hiding inside telecom networks, robotic mowers and enterprise platforms. From B2C mobile apps and analytical dashboards to voice interactions and robotic behavior, I design the right things, then design them right.

Values

How I work

Nine years across Stockholm and Dubai taught me what actually moves products forward — these are the principles I don't compromise on.

Impact over output

I strive to make an impact in people’s lives through user-centric digital products — user value in every release is the constant goal.

Research feeds decisions

I support product owners’ decisions with user synthesis and qualitative research, so roadmaps are built on evidence rather than opinion.

Design thinking, practiced

Co-creation workshops, journey mapping, roleplay, brainstorming — methods I moderate and use daily, not just talk about.

Fluent with engineers

A technical background keeps discussions with development teams fruitful — optimizing designs against real constraints.

Innovation is a culture

Not a department. I foster collaboration where challenging the status quo is encouraged — lately that means building with AI, hands-on.

Sustainability is everyone’s job

Including the product team’s — delivering durable user value beats shipping features that don’t matter.

Education

Always a student

Formal design training on top of a computer-science degree — and a run of AI and digital-transformation studies that feed directly into how I build today.
