The brief
Give every enterprise laptop its own secure cellular network — provisioned with zero touch, switching seamlessly between public 5G, private 5G and Wi‑Fi, without the employee or IT ever thinking about it. I lead product design and a two-designer team. Winner of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2025.

The problem
Connectivity is the last unmanaged device on the enterprise laptop
Enterprises secure the laptop, the identity and the apps — then hand connectivity to whatever café Wi‑Fi the employee finds. IT admins juggle VPN tickets, SIM logistics and dead zones with little visibility into usage, threats or cost; remote employees just want it to work. Three audiences, one broken seam.

Design lead across research, service design and UI
I lead a two-designer team from first research through shipped UI — translating a network-level service into interfaces IT admins and employees actually touch. Credited on the iF Design Award entry.
